Day 1
April 30 | Friday | Start at 06:00: 10 km of swimming at Praia do Perequê-Açú / SP + 145 km of cycling on BR-101 / Rodovia Rio-Santos, between the cities of Ubatuba / SP and Paraty / RJ.

Day 2
May 1 / Saturday / Start at 06:00: up to 276 km of cycling, starting in Paraty / RJ, heading towards Rio de Janeiro, by BR-101 / Rodovia Rio-Santos. At Ilha da Barra, take the RJ-155 / Serra de Lídice road, going to the city of Lídice. Return in Lídice resuming BR-101 / Rio-Santos Highway, going to the City of Ubatuba / SP.

Day 3
May 2 / Sunday / Start at 6:00 am: 84.4 km race through the city of Ubatuba / SP.
